Synergy was ultimately created to help each department within your glass repair and replace shop. Technicians, drivers, and management will all have their specific part to play in Synergy Glass. Listed below area few features with a brief descriptions that currently included with the program.
Crib Sheet & Follow Up
The crib sheet is a convenient way to gather information from a potential customer. This initial data is submitted into Synergy to keep track of all customers, captured or not. If a potential customer does not return, their information will be stored for 30 days, giving your shop the opportunity to follow up and increase your capture ratio.
Scheduling Drivers
Synergy has a scheduling function specifically for your drivers! The drivers scheduler derives from the RO dates and users can assign a driver to a particular pick up or drop off. On the homepage of Synergy, management can see all of the driver schedules for that day. The drivers will have a mobile view of their schedule, which creates accurate date stamps for delivered jobs.
Reporting
Our program offers over thirty different reports! Vitals report (shown) gathers critical information, whether you have one shop, or ten you will see each shop with a summary all conveniently on one screen! Vitals will give data such as; number of quotes written, capture ratios, average cycle times and more! Synergy reports are detail oriented and show managers exactly what they are looking for, exactly when they need it!
