Synergy was ultimately created to help each department within your collision shop. Technicians, parts ordering people, estimators, and management all have their specific part to play in Synergy. Listed below are few features, with a brief description, that Synergy has embedded into the program.

Crib Sheet & Follow Up

This is an initial form that employees fill out when gathering information from a potential customer. Synergy keeps this data to track all forms of jobs, so staff has the potential to follow up and increase the capture ratio. The crib is a great, unique way to keep track of all interactions with customers.

The BIG Search

This search  method allows users to find customers quickly! The convenience of the big search helps alleviate losing information, and gives users the accessibility they need when they need it!

Scheduling

The job scheduler gives you access to; calculate your work load for any given day, schedule jobs accurately, assist in load leveling, and overview of all jobs categorized by size.s. The estimate schedule helps schedule estimates, or see if which estimators are available for walk ins. Estimators will have the option to log into their Synergy to see their work load for any given day. 

Board Display

Board displays give everyone in the shop the ability to view jobs for a unique way to stay focused and observant of promised dates or any issues that arise. The boards give the ability to see deliveries, arrivals, sales goals, and more! A shop status board is a customizable board that offers employees a view of specific statuses that vehicles are in.

Technician Tablets

Shops can benefit by using tablets to view, and alter current jobs in process. These tablets are currently being used by technicians and estimators to update statuses,assign labor, see estimate lines and scheduled out dates.

Reporting

There are over thirty different reports that Synergy can generate. Our Returned Parts Report allows users to view and track returns. This reporting feature shows when each part was sent back, why, and when the credit was received. Vitals Report is an additional report that Synergy offers which gives an overview of how the shop is doing as a whole. Vitals will show you how many estimates were written, your capture ration, sales goals, labor and parts profits, and so much more!

Time Clock and Labor Posting

Utilize our time clock to have everything based out of one system! Users an track and report employee hours using the time clock feature. This feature also ties into the labor cost reporting. Also post flat rate labor pay for your technicians with each job performed using this labor posting function. This information can easily be exported to your QuickBoobs accounting software.
